Posting Blues

There are a couple of blogs I look at occasionally...
Admittedly, they are about fashion and rather "shallow" concerns. But they relax me.
Should blogging be something serious?
Should writing be something serious?
My favourite poems - my own, that is - are the ones with humor. I like to tickle a smile or chuckle out of someone. And even it is only myself writing it or re-reading it.
